We want you to love your Varistor solar lights. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll help.

Return and replacement window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product:

  • arrived damaged,
  • has a manufacturing defect, or
  • is not the item you ordered.

Please report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. An unboxing video helps us resolve your request faster.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused (except for testing a defect) and returned in its original box with all parts: light string, solar panel, ground stake, mounting stake and manual.
  • Returns are not accepted for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or opening the solar panel unit.

How to request a return

  1. Email vaonline@varistor.in or call +91 89517 13252 with your order number, a short description of the issue and photos.
  2. Our team will confirm within 2 business days and arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send a replacement or process your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the account you share with us.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
